As founder, owner, and executive director, Josh—known in competition as JoshDisciple—leads the long-term direction and day-to-day execution of Element Esports. He carries primary responsibility for organizational administration, financial support, account management, brand development, partnerships, and turning leadership decisions into action. Josh works with Jay to reach agreement on major organizational decisions while independently handling many of the smaller operational choices required to keep the organization moving. His goal is to build a competitive home where different minds, strong communication, and the the Element standard are treated as strengths.

As co-founder, co-owner, and deputy executive director, Shawn—known online as JaytekGG—has helped shape Element Esports since its creation. Jay works alongside Josh on major organizational decisions, contributes ideas and practical feedback, and participates in operational planning, competitive direction, and team support. Jay provides an important second leadership perspective while helping the organization evaluate opportunities, avoid rushed decisions, and turn agreed-upon ideas into responsible action. Jay’s continued involvement preserves the collaborative foundation on which Element Esports was built.
