01

Built for the organization

Use it for roster announcements, match graphics, results, creator features, community posts, sponsor content, and the recurring media an esports organization publishes every week.

02

Useful beyond designers

Templates help team staff and social contributors produce routine assets while allowing experienced designers to spend more time on campaigns, launches, and higher-impact creative work.

03

Consistency at speed

The system keeps the red, black, and white identity recognizable across platforms while reducing improvised layouts, distorted logos, mismatched colors, and one-off visual decisions.

FOUNDATION

Encounter the elements.

Element Esports is a competitive, community-first organization built around the belief that competitors and creators deserve room to build something real together.

  • Write the organization name exactly as Element Esports.
  • Use Encounter the Elements as the signature organization idea.
  • Lead with confidence, belonging, competitive growth, and respect for the person.
  • Keep the message player-first, community-rooted, and grounded in what Element actually provides.
“ENCOUNTER THE ELEMENTS.”
03

COLOR

Green is the signal.

Electric green carries the energy; deep navy and white create the structure. Use the palette with restraint so the primary green remains meaningful.

  • Use #1EE11E for primary actions, key emphasis, and branded energy.
  • Use deep navy and slate tones for depth, panels, rails, and supporting surfaces—not long body copy.
  • Do not rely on color alone to communicate status, meaning, or urgency.
04

TYPOGRAPHY

Bold headlines. Clear information.

Use Arial or Helvetica as the dependable system sans-serif. Headlines may be heavy, tight, and uppercase; body copy should remain regular, open, and easy to scan.

  • Reserve display styling for short headlines and calls to action.
  • Use sentence case for paragraphs, instructions, biographies, and accessibility copy.
  • Keep supplied template typography intact unless a designer is deliberately evolving the template.
  • Never type Element Esports in a substitute font to recreate the official wordmark.
05

VISUAL LANGUAGE

Structured intensity.

Layouts should feel competitive and premium without becoming chaotic. Build from strong hierarchy, angular cuts, rails, framed modules, and deliberate whitespace.

  • Give one message, player, result, or action unmistakable priority.
  • Align details to a visible grid; use asymmetry intentionally.
  • Repeat approved angles and framing devices instead of adding random effects.
  • Avoid clutter, excessive glow, novelty textures, and competing focal points.
06

IMAGERY

Show real people and real competition.

Prioritize authentic players, creators, staff, events, and community moments. Photography should feel energetic, focused, and human.

  • Use clean, high-resolution sources and consistent crops, lighting, and color treatment.
  • Keep faces, names, jerseys, and important gameplay information unobstructed.
  • Obtain permission for member photography and credit creators when required.
  • Do not use generated imagery to impersonate a real roster member or misrepresent an event or result.
07

VOICE & MESSAGING

Direct. Competitive. Human.

Sound confident without pretending, and welcoming without losing competitive ambition. Write like a real organization speaking to real people.

  • Prefer concise, active language and specific details over empty hype.
  • Celebrate progress, teamwork, craft, and the people behind the result.
  • Use humor carefully; never punch down or turn neurodivergence into a gimmick.
  • Avoid unsupported superlatives, medical advice, and promises the organization cannot guarantee.
08

SOCIAL & CONTENT

Accuracy before speed.

Choose the template that matches the message, then verify every visible detail before publishing.

  • Confirm names, gamertags, pronouns, handles, opponents, dates, time zones, scores, links, and event branding.
  • Respect platform safe zones so critical copy survives thumbnails, crops, and interface overlays.
  • Caption video, add useful alt text, and keep motion readable.
  • Correct mistakes transparently and remove outdated information when it can create confusion.
09

PARTNERS & SPONSORS

Represent every brand faithfully.

Partner content carries shared responsibility. Use partner-provided artwork as supplied and honor the campaign’s terms, links, codes, approvals, and disclosure requirements.

  • Do not recolor, distort, crowd, or imply ownership of a partner’s logo.
  • Give partner marks sufficient contrast and visual independence.
  • Verify referral links and discount codes immediately before publication.
  • Label sponsored, affiliate, or promotional content wherever required.
10

ACCESSIBILITY

Clarity is part of the brand.

The identity should work for more people, not create an unnecessary barrier.

  • Maintain readable contrast and test small text on its final background.
  • Never make color the only way to understand a result, warning, or category.
  • Use meaningful alt text, captions, transcripts, and descriptive link labels.
  • Avoid rapid flashing, overly dense layouts, and motion that cannot be paused.
11

FILES & EXPORT

Make handoff predictable.

Build at the correct platform size in RGB. Export PNG for transparency or sharp graphic content and high-quality JPG for full-frame photography.

  • Preserve editable masters, linked assets, and uncompressed source media.
  • Name files ELMT_[CONTENT]_[SUBJECT]_[YYYYMMDD]_v01.
  • Increment versions; do not overwrite the only approved source file.
  • Review the final export at 100% size before upload.
12

APPROVAL

Know when to escalate.

TEMPLATE-SAFE

Routine schedule, result, roster, creator, and community posts using current approved facts and unmodified templates.

REVIEW REQUIRED

New seasonal logo colorways, partnership campaigns, merchandise, crisis or conduct statements, major announcements, new campaigns, and permanent identity changes.

  • Proof content and confirm asset rights before requesting review.
  • Route high-impact work and first-use alternate logo treatments to Element Esports leadership before publication.
  • Once an event colorway is approved, it may be reused within that same campaign without repeated review unless the treatment changes.
  • When uncertain, pause and request a brand review rather than improvise.
