A second lane with its own identity.
Element Esports was founded in April 2023 by Josh “JoshDisciple” Ashbaugh, the owner of ADHD Esports, to create a sister organization focused on non-FPS competition. Shawn “JaytekGG” Jadron serves as co-owner and helps guide the organization alongside Josh.
Element shares a family connection and operating principles with ADHD Esports while maintaining its own Kraken identity, competitive direction, community, and opportunities.

Beyond the FPS arena.
Element is open to competitive teams in non-FPS titles such as Rocket League, Brawlhalla, and other games where strong teams can grow with clear expectations and dependable support.
The organization brings experience from content creation, competitive gaming, management, and community development to help members develop personally and professionally.

Element puts long-term development ahead of temporary hype. Competitors, creators, and staff should have space to improve their craft, communicate honestly, and contribute to an organization that treats people as more than a roster slot or social metric.
