02 / HOW TO REPORT
Email or use the report form.
Send a report to contact@elementesports.com with the subject “Confidential Concern Report.” Include what happened, when and where it happened, who was involved, any relevant screenshots or links, and whether there is an immediate safety concern.
For a structured record, download the Incident Report Form, complete it, and attach it to your email. You may omit your name and contact details, although anonymous reporting can limit follow-up.
Element Esports is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services or the appropriate platform safety team when someone faces an immediate threat. Suspected child abuse should be reported to the appropriate child-protection authority.
