Fans / Discord members / supporters
The Element Esports Community is where the people around the team belong—whether you compete, create, watch, support, or simply want good people to queue and talk games with.
01 / PRIMARY COMMUNITY HUB
Discord is intended to be the central home for Element Esports community conversation: organization news, gaming discussion, looking-for-group posts, content, events, and direct connection with the people around the brand.
Join the official Element Esports Discord to meet the community, follow organization updates, find people to queue with, and stay connected.
Join the Discord ↗02 / COMMUNITY EXPERIENCE
A strong organization is bigger than the names on a roster. These are the ways fans and members help turn Element Esports into a living community.
Follow organization announcements, roster updates, content releases, partner offers, and the moments shaping what comes next.
Meet other players and fans, talk games, find people to queue with, and build connections beyond a single match or title.
Show up for competitors and creators, share their work, join the conversation, and help the organization reach the next person.
Bring ideas, feedback, humor, energy, and perspective while helping us build a space people actually want to return to.
03 / INSIDE THE COMMUNITY
The Discord is designed around a few clear reasons to return. Exact channels and scheduled activities may change as the moderation team and community grow.
Announcements, roster news, content releases, event notices, and important changes in one recognizable home.
Find people to queue with, share the games you are playing, and build connections without needing a team application.
Join approved game nights, watch parties, community challenges, and online events when they are placed on the schedule.
Discover community creators, new videos, streams, clips, and opportunities to support the work members are making.
Share constructive suggestions, surface barriers, and help leadership understand what the community wants to see next.
Find confirmed organization offers, discount codes, and partner announcements without relying on unofficial links or claims.
04 / WAYS TO PARTICIPATE
You can stay a community member for as long as you want. Applications are there when you want defined responsibilities—not as a requirement for belonging.
Join the conversation, find people to play with, support members, and participate in approved public activities. No roster or staff title is required.
Join Discord ↗Help with moderation, onboarding, Discord administration, reports, events, or other early community operations through a defined adult volunteer role.
View community roles →Apply for the Creator Program, a team, or an eligible academy/development pathway when you want a formal place inside the organization.
Explore applications →Competition can be intense without becoming personal. Harassment, hate, threats, doxxing, and targeted hostility do not belong here.
Challenge ideas and gameplay without humiliating people. Use the right channel, accept redirection, and report serious issues privately.
Follow reasonable moderator direction, protect minors and private information, and never evade restrictions or retaliate against reporters.
06 / SAFETY & SUPPORT
Public Discord access does not create a staff, player, creator, or other accepted organizational role. Nobody under 13 may participate in an Element Esports program. Formal participation by ages 13–17 is limited to guardian-approved creator or academy/development pathways under the Minor Participation Policy.
The Community Standards explain expected conduct, moderator authority, enforcement levels, documentation, and the appeal route.
Read Community Standards →Use the reporting page for harassment, safeguarding, privacy, integrity, staff conduct, accessibility, or moderation concerns. You may bypass a conflicted person.
Open reporting options →The minors and safeguarding policies explain guardian permission, online-only development activity, observable communications, and prohibited roles.
