01 / PURPOSE & SCOPE

A focused rule with a defined boundary.

This policy applies to sponsors, affiliates, discount codes, gifted products, paid promotion, merchandise collaborations, referral links, reviews, testimonials, partner activations, fundraising, and commercial use of organizational audiences or assets.

Only authorized leadership or partnership personnel may negotiate or commit Element Esports. No member may promise deliverables, exclusivity, roster access, data, endorsements, or use of organizational marks without approval.

02 / CORE STANDARDS

The operating baseline.

01

Fit and safety

Screen partner reputation, product risk, audience suitability, conflicts, minors implications, platform rules, and deliverability.

02

Written scope

Record term, compensation, deliverables, approvals, usage rights, exclusivity, disclosures, reporting, cancellation, and responsible owners.

03

Truthful claims

Use honest experiences and support objective claims; never fabricate reviews, metrics, scarcity, results, or member use.

04

Clear disclosure

Make material connections difficult to miss in the content itself, using plain language appropriate to the platform.

05

Fulfillment control

Assign an owner, calendar each obligation, retain proof, and disclose likely misses before the deadline.

06

No improper influence

Commercial relationships may not control competition decisions, discipline outcomes, safeguarding, editorial truth, or member access.

03 / PROCESS

Screen before signing; track after launch.

04 / AUTHORITY & LIMITS

Audience trust is not inventory.

  • No gambling, age-restricted, adult, predatory, fraudulent, discriminatory, or clearly unsafe promotion may target minors or be placed in minor pathways.
  • Members may decline personal testimonials or product claims they cannot honestly make, subject to any completed agreement.
  • Giveaways and contests require written rules, eligibility, platform compliance, privacy planning, and a fulfillment owner.
  • Partner access to applicant, member, community, or minor information is prohibited unless separately authorized, necessary, and disclosed.
  • Use of member likeness, content, names, handles, or testimonials requires the applicable permission and agreement.

05 / ACCOUNTABILITY

Document, correct, and improve.

Partnership Development obtains and structures relationships; Sponsor Fulfillment tracks execution. Separating those responsibilities reduces forgotten posts, unsupported claims, expired logos, and inaccurate reporting.

Material breaches, deceptive claims, undisclosed relationships, missing benefits, or pressure to violate safety or integrity rules must be escalated immediately.
