01 / PURPOSE & SCOPE

A focused rule with a defined boundary.

This policy governs official accounts, public statements, streams, interviews, announcements, press responses, community updates, promotional posts, and member content that reasonably presents itself as speaking for Element Esports.

Members retain personal voices and lawful outside activity. Affiliation does not authorize a person to announce rosters, discipline, partnerships, finances, private reports, unreleased assets, or official positions.

02 / CORE STANDARDS

The operating baseline.

01

Authorization

Only designated people may publish from official accounts or make formal statements within their assigned scope.

02

Accuracy

Verify names, roles, dates, results, offers, claims, links, and approvals before publication.

03

Clear capacity

Distinguish personal opinion from official communication when affiliation could create confusion.

04

Privacy and dignity

Do not expose private reports, applicant information, minors, internal conflict, credentials, or sensitive competitive material.

05

Commercial disclosure

Clearly disclose material relationships, gifted products, affiliate links, sponsorships, and paid promotion.

  • Do not use organizational accounts for personal disputes, callout campaigns, threats, partisan endorsements, undisclosed fundraising, or unofficial discipline.
  • Minors require guardian-approved media permissions and the safeguards defined by the Minor Participation Policy.
  • Embargoes, tournament rules, platform terms, music and media rights, and sponsor approval requirements must be followed.
  • Account holders must not delete organizational archives, change ownership, or lock out other authorized administrators without approval.

05 / ACCOUNTABILITY

Document, correct, and improve.

Public criticism or disagreement alone is not misconduct. Review requires a meaningful organizational connection such as misrepresentation, harassment, confidentiality, safeguarding, commercial deception, threats, or misuse of official access.

Commercial posts also follow Sponsorship & Commercial Conduct; assets follow the Brand Guidelines and Intellectual Property & Content Rights Policy.
