This policy governs logos, trademarks, designs, templates, photographs, video, streams, broadcasts, music, writing, source files, websites, code, data, match footage, submissions, likeness, handles, and other creative or technical material used by Element Esports.
Ownership and license terms should be written before substantial commissioned, collaborative, creator, or contractor work begins. This policy does not silently transfer a person's pre-existing work or personal identity.
02 / CORE STANDARDS
Record who created or supplied an asset, when, under what agreement, and with what restrictions.
Obtain permission for third-party music, footage, images, fonts, software, marks, and likeness; do not rely on attribution alone.
State whether work is assigned, exclusively licensed, non-exclusively licensed, or approved for one defined use.
Use current approved logo files and Brand Guidelines; do not register, sell, impersonate, or sublicense organizational identity.
Permit reasonable portfolio credit for approved public work unless a written confidentiality, embargo, or rights term controls.
Store final and editable files, approvals, releases, credits, and license records so future use can be verified.

04 / AUTHORITY & LIMITS
05 / ACCOUNTABILITY
A credible infringement or misuse report should trigger temporary preservation and proportionate removal or restriction while ownership and permissions are reviewed.
This policy works with the Creator and Player Agreements, NDA, Brand Guidelines, Social Media & Public Communications, Sponsorship & Commercial Conduct, and Privacy Policy.
Protective actions, findings, corrective measures, notice, and appeals follow the organization-wide process.
