View all resources →01 / PURPOSE & SCOPE
This policy protects organizational decisions from undisclosed personal, financial, family, romantic, competitive, or outside-role influence. A conflict is not automatically misconduct; concealment, misuse of authority, or participation without safeguards may be.
It applies to ownership, management, leads, staff, players, creators, volunteers, reviewers, selectors, moderators, and anyone making or influencing decisions for Element Esports.
02 / CORE STANDARDS
Report actual, potential, and reasonably perceived conflicts before participating in a material decision.
Do not investigate, select, discipline, hire, negotiate with, or approve benefits for a close connection without independent review.
Do not redirect organizational opportunities, money, equipment, access, clients, applicants, or partner benefits for personal gain.
Never accept a gift, discount, loan, travel benefit, or favor intended to influence judgment or secure special treatment.
Outside teams, employment, businesses, creator deals, and communities are generally allowed if they do not misuse confidential information or create incompatible duties.
Record disclosure, reviewer, recusal, approval conditions, and later changes for material conflicts.
03 / PROCESS
04 / AUTHORITY & LIMITS
05 / ACCOUNTABILITY
No one should be disadvantaged merely for disclosing a manageable conflict. Leadership may publish or retain a proportionate conflict record when transparency is necessary for trust or compliance.
Competition-specific conflicts also follow Competitive Integrity; report and review conflicts also follow Discipline & Appeals.
Protective actions, findings, corrective measures, notice, and appeals follow the organization-wide process.
