01 / PURPOSE

Win through legitimate advantage.

Element Esports competes to win through preparation, skill, teamwork, adaptation, and legitimate strategy. No result, prize, roster opportunity, sponsor benefit, statistic, or reputation is worth compromising fair play.

This policy applies to formal competition, Academy and Development activity, scrims, tryouts, evaluations, ranked play performed for the organization, tournament communications, practice systems, and related conduct. Tournament, publisher, platform, anti-cheat, and lawful requirements retain independent authority.

02 / CORE RULES

Twelve integrity duties.

01

Fair play

Compete honestly, make a genuine effort, follow controlling rules, protect competitive information, and report material integrity threats.

02

No cheating

No unauthorized software, scripts, macros, hardware, overlays, external information, stream sniping, ghosting, account sharing, or prohibited coaching.

03

No manipulation

Never arrange losses, deliberate underperformance, collusive results, point shaving, bracket manipulation, or improper influence over any competitive element.

04

No bribery

Do not offer, request, accept, or facilitate anything of value for an improper competitive act, inside information, concealed violation, or roster influence.

05

No conflicting bets

Never wager when you are involved, hold inside information, can influence the result, or would create a reasonable integrity conflict for Element Esports.

06

Protect inside information

Keep nonpublic rosters, absences, strategy, practice results, substitutions, technical problems, and discipline within authorized team use.

07

Accurate eligibility

Use truthful identity, age, residency, account, ranking, sanction, and roster information. Report an eligibility change immediately.

08

Preserve evidence

Keep replays, VODs, match IDs, messages, logs, account notices, transactions, and administrator communications relevant to a concern.

09

Approved assistance only

Use only permitted coaches, devices, channels, pauses, notes, observers, and communications during restricted play.

10

Respect administrators

Remain available for checks, follow reasonable event direction, and use the designated protest route instead of obstructing play.

11

Report accurately

Do not falsify results, statistics, achievements, prize amounts, eligibility, records, or the status of a protest or sanction.

12

Refuse prohibited orders

No leader may require cheating, manipulation, concealment, retaliation, evidence destruction, or another integrity violation.

03 / ANTI-CORRUPTION

Protect the result and the information behind it.

Match manipulation

No arranged outcomes.

Fixing, deliberate underperformance, point shaving, collusive draws, bracket manipulation, compensation for a result, and improper influence over any match element are prohibited.

Betting conflicts

No conflicted wagering.

Participants may not bet directly or through another person when involvement, inside information, influence, or organizational connection creates an integrity conflict.

Inside information

Need-to-know means need-to-know.

Nonpublic strategy, absences, substitutions, practice results, technical problems, sanctions, and similar information may be used only for authorized team purposes.

Improper approaches

Decline. Preserve. Report.

Suspicious offers, requests for information, bribes, wagering approaches, cheat proposals, or requests to hide a violation must be preserved and reported promptly.

04 / MATCH CONTROL

Check before the lobby opens.

  • Roster, account, age, residency, eligibility, substitutions, and sanctions are accurate.
  • Game version, maps or modes, check-in, coaching, communications, pause, and protest procedures are understood.
  • Devices, software, anti-cheat, overlays, drivers, peripherals, and accounts comply with event rules.
  • No undisclosed conflict, opposing-team access, betting interest, suspicious approach, or inside-information concern exists.
  • Required VOD, replay, result, match ID, and administrator communications will be preserved.
  • The team knows who may speak to the organizer and where an urgent integrity concern must go.

05 / REPORT & REVIEW

Protect first. Determine carefully.

Leadership may temporarily restrict roster, match, scrim, account, device, channel, event, or access participation while a credible concern is reviewed. Protective action is not automatically a final finding.

  1. ReportNotify the Team Manager, Competitive Operations lead, Management, Ownership, or Report a Concern route.
  2. PreserveKeep original messages, match records, logs, replays, VODs, transaction details, and administrator notices.
  3. CoordinateWork with the tournament, publisher, platform, anti-cheat provider, integrity body, or lawful authority when appropriate.
  4. ReviewUse the Discipline & Appeals Policy, neutral review when practical, and reliable information appropriate to the seriousness.
  5. RespondApply a proportionate internal outcome without pretending to control an organizer’s independent decision.

06 / OUTCOMES

Serious violations can end participation.

Outcomes may include education, configuration correction, warning, result-correction requests, loss of match eligibility, roster restriction, probation, suspension, removal, agreement action, organizer referral, or another proportionate measure. Serious cheating, manipulation, bribery, wagering conflicts, retaliation, or evidence destruction may justify immediate separation.

Independent authority remains independent

An Element Esports decision does not bind a tournament, publisher, platform, anti-cheat provider, sponsor, or integrity body. Their valid rules, investigations, sanctions, and appeal processes continue to apply.
