Are current positions paid?＋
No. Current advertised positions are volunteer-only unless a written offer explicitly states otherwise.
Can an established team apply?＋
Yes. Established teams can use the dedicated team application. Recruitment needs vary by title and organizational capacity.
Can an individual player apply?＋
Yes. The Solo Player application is available, although placement depends on active or developing divisions.
Can creators join without competing?＋
Yes. The creator program is separate from competitive roster placement.
Which games does Element support?＋
Element focuses on non-FPS titles. Current and developing opportunities may include Rocket League, Brawlhalla, and other suitable games.
How is Element connected to ADHD Esports?＋
Element is the non-FPS sister organization of ADHD Esports. The organizations share leadership and principles while maintaining separate brands and competitive lanes.
Where is merchandise purchased?＋
